Is FixVault suited to a multi-activity electronics workshop?+
Yes. FixVault handles smartphone, tablet, console, laptop and any other electronic device repairs. The model database (DeviceModel) is extensible and AI-enriched. Repair services, spare parts and warranties are freely configurable by category.
How does FixVault handle supplier purchasing and stock receiving?+
FixVault includes a complete purchase-order module (PO-####) with partial receiving, smart AI import of supplier invoices (PDF upload → GPT-4o extraction → automatic line creation), supplier warranty-return management (RF-####), and a learning DB for recurring product mapping.
Does FixVault include a banking and accounting module?+
Yes. FixVault connects to French banks via Enable Banking (certified PSD2), automatically reconciles transactions with invoices and payments, generates accounting exports (FEC), and includes overhead-expense tracking. All entries are NF525-compliant.
How long does it take to deploy FixVault in my shop?+
